Order Delivery

Orders are dispatched after 2 working days and would need below duration to reach at your destination.

Russia                     15-20 working days

Rest of the world    11-15 working days

We send our parcels through Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL courier services and would be signed at the time of delivery.

If you do not receive your order within 9 working days please contact us straight away unless we have already been in contact with you to advise you of the estimated delivery time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then it may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less postage cost or exchange on the item provided it is in its original packing, unused with labels intact.  We will refund you by the same method that you paid us and we will process the refund within 1 working day of processing the receipt of the returned goods intact.

Returns only accept for the items received damaged. We do at most care about the size of the jacket to send and all of our jackets are custom made that’s why we do not accept return because of wrong size ordered. Please you should be sure about your size before ordering and read the measurement carefully.

Returns Address

We will advise you address where you will return the jacket.

We recommend that any returns are sent by Post Office / Royal Mail 'signed for delivery service (i.e. Recorded Royal Mail) as we cannot take any responsibility for items that do not reach us. Proof of postage is not sufficient.

In the event of receipt of a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receipt in order than we can either arrange replacement of the item or a refund upon our receipt back of the faulty item.

Items Out of Stock

In the event that an item ordered is temporarily out of stock we will inform you by email with the expected delivery date.  Alternatively, you may wish to change your order for another jacket style that is in stock or withdraw your order.

1 Year Free Warranty

This covers for manufacturing faults on stitching, zips and buttons during the first year of purchase. All our leather garments are made in 100% genuine leather to the highest quality and finish.
